General Assembly of St. Lawrence Parents on September 23rd
St. Lawrence Parents are invited to a General Assembly. A formal invitation has been sent to students via MIO.
The meeting will take place Tuesday, September 23rd from 5 pm to 6 pm, in the Larkin Kerwin Boardroom at St. Lawrence (790 avenue Nérée-Tremblay). Two new parent representatives to the St. Lawrence Governing Board will be elected at this meeting. This is also a great chance to meet fellow parents and receive the latest information about the college.
The Governing Board has a jurisdiction primarily concerned with budget oversight, program implementation, the RREC, learning activities, the academic calendar, fees, student success, as well as social and cultural development.
There are five (5) currently scheduled meetings this year. These meetings take place, normally, on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at St. Lawrence.
Any parents interested in serving on the Governing Board should send their name and contact information to Jacinthe Ruel at jruel@crcmail.net before September 23rd, 2025. They will be required to attend the General Assembly of parents.
